Harper Light is a classic raglan sweater with a twist, which is knitted in Handdyed Woolly Merino<\/a>. The sweater features a beautiful stripe pattern knitted in reverse with panels in reverse stockinette stitch The design is wide with a slightly boxy look. Harper Light is knitted from the top down, starting with back-and-forth knitting to shape the neckline while making increases at the four raglan markers. Once the neckline is shaped, the work is joined, and you continue knitting in the round in knit and purl down to the armhole, where the work is divided into body and sleeves. The body is knitted first, ending with a ribbed edge. Then, the sleeves are knitted, also ending with ribbed edges. Finally, a ribbed edge is knitted at the neckline, finishing with a small rolled edge.<\/p>\n
