The sweater is worked top-down in <a href=\"https:\/\/handdyed.dk\/mohair\/tyk-mohair\/\">Handdyed Fat Mohair<\/a>. The body is worked in stockinette stitch with a \u201cLatvian braid\u201d, while the sleeves are worked in stripes in fisherman\u2019s rib.<\/p>\n<p>The sweater is worked from the top down, first the upper part of the front piece with the braid is worked, then the upper part of the back piece with the braid. Below the armholes, the work is joined and the body is worked in the round. Finally, a rib edge is worked. Stitches are then picked up for the sleeves, and the sleeves are worked in the round in fisherman\u2019s rib (brioche worked into the stitch below).
