The sweater is knitted in intarsia knitting consisting of lots of small squares in all kinds of colors.<\/p>\n<p>The entire sweater is knitted in intarsia\/tapestry knitting. The pattern includes a chart intended as a color suggestion. However, it is encouraged that you use your imagination when choosing colors. As long as each square consists of 4 stitches x 8 rows, the colors can be completely random.<\/p>\n<p>The sweater is knitted from the top, first the back and then the front. The back starts at the shoulders and is knitted straight down until it is finished with a rib edge. Now front piece is knitted with increases for the neckline. Then knit straight down and finish with a rib edge. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves, which are knitted back and forth, and finished with a rib edge.
