The wool is subsequently spun in Peru.<\/p>\n<p>Organic merino sheep are fed exclusively with organic feed that is free from pesticides and NON-GMO. The sheep are on pasture their whole life.<\/p>\n<p>The wool is only washed prior to spinning and otherwise not further treated, which preserves the wool&#8217;s fine properties (water and dirt repellent, self-cleaning, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>The quality is incredibly soft and absolutely \u201cnon-scratchy\u201d and can be advantageously used for a wide range of projects; clothing, various accessories, children\u2019s and baby knitwear and much more.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/handdyed-denmark.com\/accessories\/knitting-needles\/\">knitting needles 3 \u2013 4 mm.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Read more about how we recommend that you knit with hand-dyed yarn <a href=\"https:\/\/handdyed-denmark.com\/good-to-know\/\">HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>NOTE.
