At a spinning mill in Italy, the organic merino wool is spun together with a special type of nylon which, according to the manufacturer, has been developed to biodegrade under certain conditions, making it a more environmentally friendly option.
The nylon adds strength and durability, making the yarn ideal for socks and other knitting projects that are subject to wear and tear. However, the yarn is also incredibly soft and lovely to the touch, making it perfect for a wide range of other knitting projects, such as children’s knitwear, sweaters, shawls and much more.

The organic wool is only washed before spinning and undergoes no further treatment, preserving its natural properties (water- and dirt-repellent, self-cleaning and more).

We recommend using 2.5–3.5 mm knitting needles. When knitting socks, it is a good idea to create a very tight stitch structure, as this further increases their durability.
