Big Cotton Bouclé is an absolutely wonderful cotton yarn that we are completely in love with. It is light as air and ultra-soft, with the feel of the fluffiest cotton cloud. It is spun with soft bouclé-like waves, creating a beautifully textured yarn, and has a yardage of 120 m/100 g.
A wonderful cotton yarn made from 100% Pima cotton. Pima cotton is often described as the luxury version of cotton, as it is softer, stronger, and smoother than regular cotton. The result is a yarn with an exclusive feel, an almost silky sheen, and beautiful drape. Pima cotton is a special type of cotton known for its extra-long staple fibres. Because of these longer fibres, the yarn requires less twisting during spinning, allowing it to retain more of its natural softness while also creating a smoother and more durable yarn.
The yarn is spun in soft waves creating a bouclé-style texture. The bouclé waves give the yarn wonderful volume and loft without adding excessive weight. Unlike most traditional cotton yarns.
